I think that's the IP of the server where app.etizer.org is hosted. When the application starts, it tries to download this file: http://app.etizer.org/VersionInfo.xml to check if a new version is available. However, I don't understand why it shows up as an IP rather than a URL in ZoneAlarm.

Yup - you're right, that ip does point to http://app.etizer.org
