Hello, I work for a daycare center and have plenty of games on our Dell Windows XP computer for the children. But we need some sort of a protective menu that will lock the children into only the program or programs that I specify. Will Appetizer do this? In accessing Appetizer, will any other portion of the screen be accessible by the children?

If not, could you reccomend a program that would let me do this? Thank you.
