I downloaded the portable version a few days ago and I am using it on the fixed drive of two distinct PC's, both running Vista (I keep the relevant directories in sync). I have changed the icon of a few shortcuts and folders on one of the two, but the change does not show up on the other sync-ed copy. Perhaps icon changes are stored in the registry ?
