Can Appetizer run in a full screen or large mode for a touch screen kiosk?

Looking to have custom icons/text names for 10 powerpoints and 1 windows movie.

Idea would be to launch the individual PPT's when the icon is touched (or mouseclick),
PPT would run fullscreen, then "somehow" when the user is done with the PPT they hit esc key or other that minimizes the PPT
and brings back the app menu.
