Thank you for a great launcher. The only big issue I have is that when I'm running Appetizer on my USB stick, with my own folder icons, the first time in each session I click on one of those icons to reveal the sub-menu it takes about between 3-20sec before it shows. The time is depending on the amount of items in the sub-menu.

I can see in my system monitor that during this time MsMpEng is the CPU Loader if that helps you. This is only the first time all consecutive clicks on that sub-menu icon will reveal the sub-menu instantly. Any ideas to why I have this behavior in Appetizer?

The second smaller request would be to be able to bring up Appetizer by middle-clicking on the wheel mouse.
