I recently downloaded the 1.3.1.222 release after getting the Auto-update message. However, after the first run of the new version, the update message was again displayed, and Windows Explorer detects the version number as 1.3.1.221

Thanks, the website was indeed reporting the wrong version number. I've fixed that so it should stop displaying the update message now.
